14 Canadians are ranked in the FISTF tables of October 2009. Mark Meihuizen is still the top canadian player (252th). Warren Creighton comes next (432nd). Terry Berting and Brian Robinson are 603rd.

In the world rankings of September, Mark Meihuizen is still the best canadian player. He's 245th with 64,80 points. Then come Warren creighton (431st), Brian Robinson and Terry berting (602nd). There are 14 canadian players in the open rankings (7 players less than last month) and number are expected to go down if there is no FISTF tournament organized this season.

Hello to Subbuteo table soccer fans of Quebec! The Quebec Subbuteo League, based in Montreal is always looking for new players. League activities have been halted, but there is hope that new players who have heard of this great game will come and play in small events. The QSL has a rich history, as it started in september of 1982. Demo at the FALLCON in Calgary

The Stampede City Table Football Club is proud to announce their participation in this year's FALLCON Gaming Convention in Calgary, Alberta on Sept 18 -20. This will be the second year that the SCTFC has attended this event to promote the game of Subbuteo or Table Football.

A new start for subbuteo in Canada

The last few weeks have seen a difficult time for the canadian table football association. Mark Meihuizen has decided to resign as president and therefore the association is looking for a new organizer. The Federation of International Sports Table Football (FISTF) has decided to take over the position of organizer till a new person is appointed. There are already some contacts made with several people but we hope that there will be solutons found in te next few days.
